Was Aracely Emmerich at Cafe Artista a mag?
Superb... Food was fantastic.... I went for the Ossa boco which is a beef marrow-rich dish served with mushrooms and polenta... And the lobster pasta... Both excellent.. Monica was our attentive and polite waitress who made sure everything was perfect... Will definitely be visiting again soon... 10/10 View all feedback.
What Rob Smith dislikes about Cafe Artista:
Came to this place and bought a coffee and croissant and sat by the window filling out a form and taking up very little space. After about ten minutes maximum a short man who I assume was the owner rudely asked me to leave as...he said he needed the seating for ladies that might be coming in for lunch even if the place was half empty. Coffee was average but just hade rudeness. View all feedback.
Both my friend and I got food poisoning here months apart. I would not recommend this restaurant.
It is comforting to know that establishments like Cafe Artista are still around. The lasagna, Sicilian bruschetta, and Diavola pizza we ordered were excellent; they were served in a traditional manner and were incredibly delicious! The staff was also outstanding and attentive. We will definitely be returning!
Awesome authentic Italian food in a cosy neighbourhood in Roseneath. We tried their spaghetti Carbonara, spaghetti Bolognese, Prawn risotto, a pizza and a salmon pasta. Everything was so delicious and well balanced, we love it! Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Try to make a reservation before coming to avoid disappointment.
Hard to find good food in Edinburgh so when we stumbled upon Cafe Artista, we had to come back the next night. Good food and lovely staff. The neighbourhood is also local which is a refreshing break from the touristy parts of the city. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
