I came to this restaurant for Valentine's Day and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, especially from Sian who went out of her way to accommodate my dairy intolerance and explain all the dishes to me. The food was delicious, with the soup of the day as our starter, followed by chicken supreme for my boyfriend and risotto for myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Booked this for a meal for the family on the 30th during our 3 day hogmany visit to Edinburgh. Then read the reviews and was nervous based upon some negative ones. However, our experience was wonderful. A magical venue which is nicely spaced out, with super attentive (and super cool) staff. The food was terrific and quick and didnt break the bank (it was £20 more than the chaos and shocking food at TGIs next door the previous night). I guess its a matter of personal taste and experience on the day, but for us it was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.
We had a wonderful night here on New Years Eve! Staff were outstanding and the food and drinks excellent! We booked for 7.30 and were allowed to stay for the whole night! Music played and the vibe was great!We were allowed to go outside and watch the fireworks on midnight and the view was terrific and then go back inside and have another drink!!!
By far the best restaurant in Edinburgh when it comes to both food and atmosphere—simply too good to miss. While I would’ve loved to see whisky recommendations rival those at The Magnum, everything else more than made up for it. The ambiance was vibrant, the service excellent, and the food truly world-class—some of the best I’ve had in a long time. A brilliant evening all round. Thank you!
