Really rude waiter after we asked to remove the tip which is discretionary. If people choose not to pay it, he can’t then behave like a child and not say bye, thank you or have any pleasant manners. The food it self was nice, the burger could have done with the grilled onions which it advertised but wasn’t on the burger and also a little bit more lettuce than just the one iceberg leaf. The food and service were incredible! I really miss the fried pickles they used to serve, but I will definitely be back.
The burgers were large, and the restaurant could accommodate a group of 10 people. I really enjoyed the overall concept and will definitely return.
The burgers here are excellent, and the staff is friendly, but the price diminished my overall experience. Paying £12-£16 for a burger that doesn't come with salad or fries feels like poor value, especially since a side of standard fries costs an additional £5.

Me and my family booked a tables months ago as we were going to the military Tattoo. Unfortunately, the booking was lost as they don’t do bookings during the festival. I completely understand that. However, rather than being helpful. The two staff members were rude, and not helpful. They could having said, a table will be 10 or 15 minutes. But instead they chose to make us feel unwelcome.
