Katies Diner - Edinburgh, City of

I visited friends in Edinburgh and they took us to dinner at a restaurant that had just been taken over by new owners. The food was fantastic! My favorite dishes were the chicken liver pate and the mushrooms, which were amazing. They also know how to cook the perfect steak. I would highly recommend a visit to this place!

Katie’s diner is a little folksy around the edges and could use a great fichte of his starter selection, but is really good burger in the heart of his menu.

You must visit this place. It is one of the top small diners in the area with delicious food and excellent service.

Katie's Diner is a fantastic spot to enjoy some American-style cuisine in the city. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the park and its charming interior creates a cozy and delightful atmosphere for dinner. What adds to the appeal is that Katie herself prepares all the meals. While they have a license to serve alcohol, patrons have the option to bring their own. We opted for the BYOB choice to save on costs. For starters, we tried the garlic mushrooms which were absolutely delightful. The perfect balance of breadcrumbs and mushrooms made for a tasty dish. I then indulged in a Bacon Cheeseburger, which was also a hit. The melted cheese and slightly crispy bacon added to the overall deliciousness of the meal.
