After a delightful evening at Summerhall, where I had the opportunity to attend a Scottish Book Trust event featuring up-and-coming writers, I found myself craving Chinese food. I decided to head to Grindlay Street to try out Jasmine, located near the Lyceum Theatre. Unlike the nearby Jimmy Chung's buffet restaurant, Jasmine specializes in seafood dishes and offers a wide selection on their menu. I had a bit of a hard time deciding what to order, but eventually settled on braised tofu, seafood soup, and salty chili squid. The service was quick and attentive.
