What MK1112 doesn't like about Clock Cafe:
The Clock’s breakfast filled a hole, but that’s all it really did. The breakfast arrived really quickly, so it was obvious the items hadn’t been freshly cooked. The watch on the shore has been as long as I can remember (this is over 10 years). it has always been called the clock, but has a few internal refreshments on the way. I can remember when this was the place to get a big fried olsammy or fabulous lunchtime rolls or subs.
The watch is really quite clever, still very popular, and is a good lunch break

Was so disappointed by the quality of the food. some bits burned, other bits appeared under boiled and I know that it is Scottland, but does a tattie scone must be deep fried! it was over 35 minutes until we got our food. the order came incompletely. had we had been so hungry by then, we would have left it. kitchen seemed busy with food order. a discount was given for our waiting and the staff was friendly enough. will not be back and would not recommend it.
We visited here twice for breakfast during a recent stay in the hotel malmaison. the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. We'll be back next time we're in the opposite. we will also remember asking for a roll and not. a sandwich
