Wow this place is now one of my favorites! We went as a family to celebrate an important occasion and they made sure it was perfect. The service is so amazing, everyone so polite and friendly! Ooh, delicious food. Nice ambience. And their chilli garlic wings are delicious. They even have decent Pho. Great location too and you can get a table overlooking the river. Price per person: $20–30
