This morning, my puppy Mr. Love Muffin and I visited Juice Journey Cafe for a Green Goddess smoothie. I placed my order using their user-friendly app to ensure a smooth pick-up. The staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. The smoothie tasted fantastic!
Arzu is amazing! In 2020, she recommended adding oatmeal to my Mint Chip Smoothie with chocolate protein, and I've been obsessed ever since. She consistently reminds me to include the oatmeal, which turns my Sunday smoothie into a satisfying meal. I also love her gluten-free banana nut bread. JJ is always tidy, and the view of Manhattan is unbeatable. It's wonderful to enjoy your smoothie while walking along the Hudson River.
This restaurant is definitely not organic, despite what the staff say. They seem uncertain about the ingredients they use. The prices are high for what is essentially standard fare. While some employees are friendly, others have a negative attitude. I won't be coming back!
I really adore this place! I often swing by after my runs or workouts, especially when I'm out of smoothie ingredients at home. There aren't many spots that use real fruit and top-notch ingredients, which could explain the higher prices here. However, it's absolutely worth spending a little more to enjoy authentic fruits and vegetables. Their juices are amazing too—I highly recommend the beet juice for other runners. When it comes to smoothies, my favorite is the Banana Nut smoothie with chocolate protein powder.
