Table At Inner Banks Inn - Edenton

On our way back home from vacation, we decided to look for a place for breakfast, other than fast food. Our GPS lead us to this sweet little spot where they took us in and fed us delicious breakfast with all the trimmings! Even though we did not stay the night there they were as courteous to us as if we had. The staff was very professional and extremely courteous to us! After our meal we were encouraged to look around to check the grounds out. It's amazing the history of this place and what they've done with it! My wife and I will return there again but this time as guest staying overnight as opposed to hungry travelers looking for a nice place for breakfast.

Awesome room. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. I loved this inn. Breakfast is very good. All rooms are named after a historical figure from the area. A must-stay when visiting Edenton.

Excellent staff, lodging accommodations, and dining at The Table. Highly recommend Edenton for a quick 1 or 2 night stay. This Inn is centrally located and the grounds kept up to date and attractive.

We had waited a long time for an opportunity to visit the Inner Banks Inn Restaurant. We were not going to post this, however, we sent an email to the inn and to the inn?s proprietor without any response. Our room was damp, dusty, dirty, not vacuumed very well and in need of repair. We travel with our well behaved dog, thus, this was a dog friendly room. However, we really felt like we were treated differently and that we were provided a lesser quality accommodation because we required a pet friendly room. There was a definite and distinct difference in rooms. On Sunday, it appeared as if the staff was at bare minimum and some where else on the property. The staff was pleasant and responsive, yet, housekeeping did less than minimally expected. Nothing was over the top! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. The inn is a lovely historical property, but lacks the luxury you would expect from the media description(s), website and it?s five star ratings. Truly disappointed in the accommodations, the management and the experience.

This was definitely the best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The food and service were fantastic.
