I ordered takeout from this restaurant on November 19th and was disappointed to find that it seemed like leftovers scraped from someone else's plate. When I called to complain, they asked me to come back for a replacement. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes, they informed me that their driver was too busy to deliver the replacement immediately. Great quality and value at this restaurant. The takeaway menu is first class and the same quality as the restaurant.
My partner and I were out for dinner in this restaurant. The service was excellent. Food came out very fast and was delicious. We even got fortune cookies st the end . Price was very reasonable. We have gone back many times.
We get takeaway from here most Friday nights and it has become somewhat of a tradition. There is a very varied menu and, if you're looking for something that's not on the menu, they will do their best to accommodate you Staff are friendly and helpful too
The restaurant part of the Phoenix is pretty cold, there is not much atmosphere. I have to say the take-away is absolutely beautiful. Every single time cannot fault it one bit. Staff are nice.
Very good and fresh meal. Very nice receptionist. All good. The best in Edenderry. I love it and me husband and brother too. I recommend duck
