Ho... read more I’m writing this review feeling disappointed. We’ve dined here many times before and always recommended Indian Bistro as the best Indian takeaway in Ireland. However, our recent visits didn’t meet the usual high standards. The main dishes remained excellent—freshly prepared and tasty as ever. But the naan breads were a letdown. They used to be amazing: large, with charred blisters and puffed up from the hot tandoor, topped with poppy seeds and melted butter. Recently, they’ve become much smaller, flat, without the characteristic blisters, and missing the poppy seeds and butter. It’s disheartening to see what was once the highlight of the meal changed so drastically. While I’ll still order from Indian Bistro, I don’t think I’ll be getting the naan again unless it returns to its former quality. Hopefully, they bring it back soon.

It felt like the chef had accidentally dumped chili powder throughout the entire kitchen, as even the Korma, Makhani, and Tikka Masala dishes we ordered from the menu were overwhelmingly spicy.

I usually... read more I've never tasted Indian food this good anywhere else. Even though I’ve only visited Indian Bistro three times, each experience has been exceptional. I usually order takeout, but the flavors impressed me so much that I had to call and compliment both the receptionist and the chef. Every dish I've tried has been consistently outstanding. I’m already excited for my next meal there, maybe even this weekend. Keep up the excellent work!

The staff were excellent, letting us know there would be a 30-minute wait and taking our phone number to call when our food was ready. I had the vindaloo, and she ordered the butter chicken—both were delicious. It was my first time dining here, but certainly not my last.
