I usually... read more I've never tasted Indian food this good anywhere else. Even though I’ve only visited Indian Bistro three times, each experience has been exceptional. I usually order takeout, but the flavors impressed me so much that I had to call and compliment both the receptionist and the chef. Every dish I've tried has been consistently outstanding. I’m already excited for my next meal there, maybe even this weekend. Keep up the excellent work!

The staff were excellent, letting us know there would be a 30-minute wait and taking our phone number to call when our food was ready. I had the vindaloo, and she ordered the butter chicken—both were delicious. It was my first time dining here, but certainly not my last.

I enjoyed the Lamb Saag and Vegetable Samosas, both of which were exceptional. The lamb was tender and seasoned just right, and the rice was flawlessly prepared. The samosas had a delightfully crispy crust with an excellent filling. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant like this.
