I decided to try the vega... read more I visited The Mill last night and found out that their chef has recently introduced many new vegan and vegetarian options to the menu. I decided to try the vegan ‘Chefs got this’ which included five courses of delicious vegan food for a very reasonable $59. Each course was fantastic, with the vegan gnocchi and orange and passion fruit sorbet standing out as highlights. The restaurant is located in a charming old flour mill, which adds to the fantastic atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. In addition to the amazing food, The Mill offers a wide selection of wine and craft beers. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Echuca looking for dinner!

The service was friendly and the food was delicious. We were impressed by the Chef and team's exploration of Middle Eastern and Asian flavors. While the steamed mussels and udon with greens were a bit too salty due to the heavy use of soy sauce, we appreciated the attempt to incorporate Asian flavors. We suggested using less soy sauce and balancing it with water, citrus, or broth. The Korean meatballs with nuoc cham were flavorful and reminded us of a popular northern Vietnamese dish called "Bun Cha." The beef cheeks Rendang was a highlight, with just a hint of Rendang flavor and extremely tender meat. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and admired the attention to detail in presentation. We applaud the team for their courage in exploring Southeast and Middle Eastern flavors. Well done!

The restaurant layouts quite nostalgic and clean...might be a small hidden wedding party could be held here.

I went with the vegan ‘Chefs got this’, the five courses of beautiful vegan food for a very affordable $59 and each course was delicious. The vegan gnocchi and orange and passion fruit sorbet were special highlights. The mill is located in a beautiful old mill that creates a fantastic atmosphere and the staff was beautiful. You also have an extensive selection of wine and craft beers! Recommended if you are looking for dinner in Echuca!

Great atmosphere, would like to go back for a few drinks in the main area before you go to the tables for large dishes. We chose the choice of cooks and were not disappointed. A modern, tasty and innovative selection of dishes has been enjoyed. Pretty good wine list at reasonable prices. Always important to try something local. We think that the Echuca mill can be at the top in Echuca.

The menu choices were abundant and the chosen items arrived... read more Four of us enjoyed a night out at The Mill for our first visit. Service was friendly and efficient. The menu choices were abundant and the chosen items arrived promptly , well presented and flavourful. Our first experience was truly wonderful. Three of us are regular Melbourne diners and we were impressed all round at the whole package. Definitely coming back home
