We had dinner for a 60th birthday and we were among 5 other groups celebrating birthdays. Still our food was delicious and served in a very timely manner. The recipe for success at the Echuca Hotel is flawless and the ingredients should stay the same.

The rooms are situated behind the hotel on the main street, making it an easy walk to Echuca Port and other attractions in the city. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Unfortunately, the calamari was rubb... read more I ordered two lunch specials, both priced over $30. I opted for the Stuffed Calamari with Mexican rice and Chili Marmelade. Unfortunately, the calamari was rubbery, the rice tasted bland and was sticky, and the chili jam had no flavor at all. I called the waiter to explain my disappointment, but he took my meal away without offering any alternatives. I ended up watching my partner eat while I remained hungry. The service was poor and we left without receiving a refund. I do not recommend this restaurant.
