The term authentic gets bandied around too often nowadays but the quality of the banquet styled chinese cuisine does come through for the most part. Signature chicken and jellyfish and pepper pork tripe soon are well executed for a price. 4 dishes of uneven sized portions came up to a hefty Aud250 for 8 pax including 3 kid sized appetites.
