I always have a great experience at the Veranda. I go to watch Johnny Valentine and keep coming back because of the friendly staff and great service. It’s a beautiful venue. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Veranda:
Seafood plater is too pricey for quality of food…I mean $165 for large seafood plater which is more like medium plater. Fry ahi poke was simply horrible. My son liked venison with pasta and husband liked his burger. I had to return fried ahi poke. Cocktails were watered down with ice and definitely were not worth $19 more like $3. View all feedback.
We had not been to the Kahala Hotel in 50+ years. It has changed ownership over the years, and the hotel has a new feel. Danny Kaleikini is no longer there and the local feel of the hotel is gone. We did enjoy a wonderful meal and listened to beautiful music at The Veranda, though. Next time I would like to visit the Plumeria Beach House.
Incredible music by Johhny Valentine, excellent service by Les, and wonderful cocktails and food make for a memorable evening at the Veranda.
Glad you have expanded your menu for the Veranda like you had before COVID. The locals can now once again enjoy the hotel once again.
The Veranda is not a restaurant. It’s a lounge with a poor menu. The service is outstanding, drinks are great, food and ambiance not so good.
Nice outdoor restaurant with a view of the resort and the ocean. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Food was mediocre. Devilled eggs are horrendous.
