Mcdonald's - Feedback

What Lika Ba doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Just used McDonald's app ad for free fries ? Friday my code went tru saying they got it but girl told us something is wrong with app and that's there is a problem with my rewards..hummm ?I thinking if they are ripping us off and taking ? for them self's...mind you I'm a loyal customer and we spend a lot of money at this location..they take so long and no since have rewards if u can't use it ....what a waste of time a... This store is consistently staffed and always delivers what I order with a smile and sincere thank you. I like to order the frozen coke beverage but I modify it mixing in some frozen blue raspberry as well, although there is no way to order this using the app, the staff is always accommodating when I arrive to pick up my order.
