Every time I come to Hawaii, I stop by often because it’s close to my house~ The atmosphere is very different from Korea, but the kids like it and the ice cream tastes the same~~Satisfied

Was charged once for a medium strawberry smoothie with banana added. Cashier was busy making the drink , saw the approved sign but was asked to re insert my card again. I have the receipt for Second transaction. Looked at my bank statement online and saw 2 pending transactions from the same establishment. I called in and asked the worker that there is two pending transactions and that I should give it 24hrs. Well 24 hrs went by and the first transaction that was approved went through. Tried calling the establishment but no answer. I got my refund and the cashier working was really friendly and helpful.

I got the new cold brew added to their menu in 2022 and was impressed! You can get it black or with simple syrup and whole milk. According to their website, the cold brew is made from 100% Colombian Roast with flavor notes of milk chocolate. This location is an excellent choice for a break from the Starbucks at Kamehameha Shopping Center. They also have the cappuccino blast that's like a frappuccino with a nice caffeine kick. Or if coffee is not your favorite, you can always go right with getting a delicious scoop of ice cream. Mahalo to the staff, who are always very friendly!

Hubby and I came here for ice cream. It's buy one ice cream cone and get one half off per the app. I decided on chocolate royale with chocolate chips inside. It tasted like a rocky road except without the nuts and everything. The chocolate wasn't too rich. It was creamy. Hubby said the cone was stale. Mine was okay. It still had a crunch. That is why I always get my ice cream in a cup. I will get a cone if I know the cones are fresh. There's tables inside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. They even sold drinks. Not sure how much that is. I would get ice cream at any Baskin Robbins. Every location has different flavors. I didn't see my favorite which is ube but it depends on the location. Parking is up front.
