When I tried to... read more I ordered traditional wings fried plain, but instead received boneless wings! I never order boneless, so it seems like my request wasn’t heard. When I tried to call to resolve the issue, the person I spoke with said I needed a receipt. I had the receipt but misplaced it, which ended up wasting my money on something I didn’t want. Frustrating experience!

If I wanted that, I could have just gone with the chicken finger plate and added the tenders to the fries.

The woman at... read more My family and I visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch, and we had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. The woman at the front counter was very friendly. Although they were quite busy during our visit, they managed to keep the line and food moving quickly. Thank you!

There was no silverware provided, and nobody asked if we needed salt. Unfortunately, the person taking my order really needs to work on their customer service skills. My wife ordered the Zack Snack, and her chicken tenders were small as well.

My only observation is that the cashier appeared to be a bit inexperienced; she seemed unsure when responding to questions about the menu. However, I'm confident she will get better with more practice. All in all, it was a lovely experience!
