This is undoubtedly the worst Subway I have ever visited. The salad is consistently past its prime and appears unappetizing. Additionally, the restaurant does not seem clean at all.
I've visited this location several times, and I believe it needs some managerial oversight, particularly during lunchtime. To the owner, this isn’t the level of service you should be showcasing to your customers. I won’t go into specifics—I could write a whole book on it—but I encourage you to come in and see for yourself.
They were pretty swamped with online orders when I came in, but they were still nice and polite. The lady manager at the store was right there working with their people.When staff is polite like these folks, I’m always happy to wait.
I would give Tosha 10 stars for handling a full house all on her own during lunchtime. Keep up the amazing work, no matter what! If you're looking to learn, make sure to stop by the Subway in Easley—she'll be there to assist you! Thank you once again, Tosha!!!
I usually like this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was closed when we visited. The sign indicated that we arrived during their lunch hours at around 1:00 PM, but there was no explanation posted on the door.
