The food was not up to par and I wish I could have sent it back. KFC used to be fantastic, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from you again.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I visited the drive-thru at 6 PM tonight, and although the lights were on, the doors were locked. The person at the drive-thru informed me that they weren't taking any orders. How can a restaurant close at 6 PM any day of the week? Where are all the workers? What has happened? Don't people need to work? Did a spaceship abduct all the restaurant staff? I just can't comprehend how this could happen at a well-known chain. It's so strange! I will never come back here again. This experience was truly disappointing.
I called the restaurant to let them know about the issues. They mentioned that they don't serve chicken that way, but I clearly received what I ordered. They were respectful during the call, explaining that there was little they could do and suggested contacting corporate. I appreciate that they remained calm and polite throughout the conversation. I'm usually not one to complain about food, but when issues arise, it’s unavoidable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, so I try to approach these situations kindly. I also called corporate, and they were very nice and offered me a refund. I'm unsure if I’ll return to that particular KFC, but I might give it one more chance since it’s closer to me. This was my first time ordering from there in a while, and it’s the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I’m willing to try again and will provide an update after my next visit, as I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and the staff was certainly not rude.
I ordered what I expected, but when I got home and prepared my plate, I realized there were no biscuits included. I had to make some myself.
