The person at... read more If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I visited the drive-thru at 6 PM tonight, and although the lights were on, the doors were locked. The person at the drive-thru informed me that they weren't taking any orders. How can a restaurant close at 6 PM any day of the week? Where are all the workers? What has happened? Don't people need to work? Did a spaceship abduct all the restaurant staff? I just can't comprehend how this could happen at a well-known chain. It's so strange! I will never come back here again. This experience was truly disappointing.

They were respectful during the call, explaining that there was little they could do and suggested contacting corporate. I appreciate that they remained calm and polite throughout the conversation. I'm usually not one to complain about food, but when issues arise, it’s unavoidable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, so I try to approach these situations kindly. I also called corporate, and they were very nice and offered me a refund. I'm unsure if I’ll return to that particular KFC, but I might give it one more chance since it’s closer to me. This was my first time ordering from there in a while, and it’s the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I’m willing to try again and will provide an update after my next visit, as I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and the staff was certainly not rude.

They often run out of food, and the menu is hard to read because the lighting is always off. It feels like the place is managed by careless people.
