Description
At this restaurant, experiences vary dramatically, with some patrons encountering significant service and food quality issues. Reports of long wait times, inattentive staff, and improperly cooked meals paint a troubling picture of management and kitchen dynamics. While certain employees, like Tina, exhibit commendable dedication, they seem overwhelmed and unsupported in a chaotic environment. In contrast, other diners enjoy pleasant interactions and quality meals, particularly praising individual waitstaff who consistently deliver attentive service. Overall, the establishment struggles with staffing and operational challenges, leading to an inconsistent dining experience that leaves some guests frustrated and others satisfied.

Very polite service. Very nice and clean place. Wonderful experience for us and the kids. I would most definitely recommend and be visiting again.
We had to wait for the to-go orders to be completed before we could be seated, which was frustrating since it was a busy Sunday. The bacon was undercooked, and the pancakes were overcooked. The waitress, who also seemed to be the manager, was not very attentive. We tried to give them another chance, but the attitude of the waitress ultimately led us to decide we won’t be coming back.
We waited an additional six minutes without any waitress acknowledging us. My husband then asked one of the waitstaff if she could signal our waitress for drink orders, and she said she would. After another six minutes with no one coming by, we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time, money, or patience at this establishment. It used to have the best service, according to my husband, who grew up in Easley, but it seems things have changed. We are a family of five, so this visit would have resulted in a larger bill than usual. The owner of this restaurant needs to make improvements.
The waitress was very pleasant, the food was great, there was no long wait, and the place was very clean.
