Not an arbys fan, but the drive thru is twice as fast as micky ds or Carl's Junior and my family loves it so, thanks guys!
Phenomenal customer service, great food. I love eating here the staff is friendly and attentive and the food is hot, fresh and terrific!
For the most part, the people who work here are kind and I loved this location until a few weeks ago. I encountered the nastiest rudest person who works here. He is short, dark hair, not sure if his heritage. He practically threw my food at me. But this wasn't the first time. I called the manager the last time it happened. She made a ton of excuses for him. She said he has behavior problems and problems interacting with people. Well why is he working with people? Why is he allowed to interact with customers? There is no excuse. If customers have a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on employees and vice versa. He needs to be held accountable and fired. Thank you to the kind people who work there and always apologize for this idiot!
I need to revise my review of this restaurant. It used to be fantastic just under a year ago, but according to a friend who used to work there, there has been a change in management and it’s evident. Almost all the long-time employees who were there six months ago are gone, and the new staff seems to be changing every month. As a result, the service can be very inconsistent. Sometimes the employees are friendly, while other times they can be rude. On certain occasions, they’re prompt in taking my order, but other times I’ve waited so long to be noticed that I end up leaving. Prices have also increased while portion sizes have decreased. What used to be a medium fry and drink is now classified as a large, and this pattern applies to all sizes. The food remains typical for Arby’s—decent tasting but nothing exceptional. The cleanliness of the place is also a persistent issue; don't expect to find a clean table. Arby's has fallen to the same low standard as many other chains. I suggest checking out local spots like Pete's or Da Jerk Spot for better food, prices, and service.
The buffalo chicken slider was lacking in sauce; it usually has that delicious, mouth-watering flavor, but this time it was drier than a pair of boots on a sunny day. On the bright side, the service was good. However, the sign lights were not functioning properly, likely due to a blown fuse after they mismanaged the buffalo sauce.
