Mcdonald's - Eagle River

Love that this in the city with a beautiful playground for the little ones. the lobby is never open today because of the personal lack. the few young people who lead the passage certainly do their best, and their efforts are appreciated. we want to see more people rent-on, help bring this place up to five stars.

Excellent! Fries were made to perfection, the bun in my quarter pounder was fresh and soft, the burger was tender. Service was efficient and fast. Love McDonald’s but my experience yesterday at Eagle River had to be the best yet!

The lobby could use a more attentive and mysterious ambiance. The fries were scattered on the racks, there was some grime on the tables, and the drink station desperately needed cleaning. Their new kiosk setup went well, but we were instructed to take a card and place our orders at the table, yet our food arrived completely cold. It seemed they weren't focused on marketing or customer service. Additionally, a young child was playing in a game area that was unsuitable for her age, indicating a lack of supervision. Overall, the management seemed to be missing the point of the experience, and it felt like they were trying to emulate McDonald's but missed the mark.

I ordered two double hamburgers customized to my liking, but it took over 30 minutes to receive them. When I finally got my order, the fries were cold, and the hamburgers had no meat. On the bright side, my milkshake was good.

The restaurant has a good foundation, but when you place an order, it often goes awry. For example, when I asked for light or no ice in my drink, they gave me extra ice instead. This morning, I wanted to fix my coffee, but after handing me my drink, the staff disappeared and never came back. This isn't an isolated incident; I frequently order something simple, and it’s almost always incorrect. It seems like the staff struggles to coordinate properly with the people in the kitchen who actually prepare the food and drinks. Overall, the service could use some improvement.
