As a customer, all I wanted... read more To be honest, I didn't want to escalate the situation by talking to a manager about why it's unreasonable not to make a pot of tea. As a customer, all I wanted was to order my food and leave quickly. My suggestion to Subway is simple: if a customer requests tea at 5 PM and the restaurant doesn't close until 9 PM, just go ahead and make it! Some of us have dietary restrictions, like diabetes, and can't consume sugary drinks from the soda machine. It's really not that hard! I’m not looking to make a formal complaint or anything, but next time, I might just drive to Anchorage instead.

I don’t know wh... read more This is the second time that I’ve gotten sick from Subway and this is only the second time I’ve gone this year (I’d rather have firehouse subs). I don’t know what they are doing but, I’ve never had a problem with subway. Last time about 2 months ago, our meals made myself and my partner puke and spew our guts. Yesterday, the same thing. Went and now I’m laying in bed puking my brains out. Something tells me they aren’t cleaning fully or using the proper cleaning method for product.

They are much larger now twice the size an... read more 20 years ago this location was 1/2 the size. The wallpaper decoration was bright with pictures of subways and trains. They are much larger now twice the size and can accommodate more patrons for dine in. Despite being mostly windows on the north wall itfeels dimmer and less warm. I do miss the classic V cut. For example with my most recent visit here. Everything looked goodopen faced after the assembly however when the sandwich artist wrapped my sandwich (meatball/ cheese/ and 3 small tomatoes)managed to do it in a manner that when I opened my sandwich to eat it the tomatoes had been pushed to the outside along withmost of the sauce. Had the sandwich artist used more technique when closing the sandwich things would have been better.
