Carlos made sure our drinks were always full, we were well-fed, and the environment was clean and pleasant. When I received a dirty knife, he quickly apologized, took care of it, and managed to serve our half of the restaurant with great efficiency. I only wish we had servers like him at my workplace!

The specialty pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice truly make you feel like you're enjoying a meal at a five-star venue. It also evokes fond memories of having breakfast with my grandmother in Texas during my childhood. Such a delightful experience!
