I work as a nurse at the VA. It went online to order lunch for myself and a co worker. The website said they were open and it allowed me to place an order and pay. When I When to pick up my food, they were closed. Over the next few days, I left multiple messages to talk to the manager about refunding me. I have heard nothing back. Pizza was good, definitely don't recommend the wings. Wait time and service was bad hence the one star review. Ordered at 7:20pm said it would be ready at 8:22 pm. Waited at the restaurant until 9:05pm. Food was hot, but definitely coming back or recommending this place to others.
And the Bartenders are all cheerful excellent service and always remember my name.
The service was great cool atmosphere amazing food! Got half Genoa and half meatza it was delicious! Also great side salad!
The pizza here is delicious and the drinks are equally as good.
It's a shame they have good food....but there customer service is terrible. I ordered online and when we went to pick it up the door is locked. I ordered at 5 for a 6:20 pm pickup. The website says they were open till 8pm. This is the first time I have had this issue.
