We stayed overnight in the Medford area on our way back to CA and started our day with a fantastic meal. I ordered the banana pancakes while my wife enjoyed the meat lovers pancake combo. The freshly baked biscuits are huge and delicious. The two-pancake option is perfect for sharing—ordering it just for yourself means you’ll have enough left for a second meal later. Don’t miss out on the fresh-squeezed orange juice; it’s incredibly fresh, tasty, and comes in a generous serving. Our server, Theresa, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and a true pleasure to interact with. We will definitely go out of our way to return to Crackin' Stackin' when passing through Medford on our next trip. It’s absolutely worth the 10-15 minute drive off I-5. Make sure to check out their diverse and delicious menu!
