However, I encountered a problem when I asked for someone to clean one of the booth tables; they just stood there without acknowledging me. When I asked again, a woman came over and rudely pointed out that there were other clean tables, making me feel like I was putting them out. Additionally, the salad I received was only two-thirds the size of what I've had at other Wendy's locations. The dining area was nearly empty, and it's easy to see why. I won't be coming back!

When I arrived, the door was locked, but a fellow customer inside graciously let me in. I learned that they had closed indoor dining because of several no-show calls. As I approached the counter, a young man greeted us with a friendly smile and took our orders. The food came out quickly, hot, and freshly prepared. Before I left, I made sure to thank the staff for working on the 4th of July; I truly appreciate their commitment. I can't imagine what I would have done without my Frosty!

My husband even joked that they couldn't possibly mess up Frostys, but he was mistaken. We ordered four Frostys, but they only processed three. They did add one to our order, and we paid for it, but once we drove off, we realized they still got it wrong. To make matters worse, the lids weren't secured properly. I honestly don't understand how this place remains in business. They really need to improve their employee training!

I waited more than 15 minutes for my meal, and when it finally came, the pretzel burger was disappointing—more like a messy, low-quality burger than what I expected. To make matters worse, there were only two customers in the restaurant: me and one other person. I recommend going to the Wendy's in Bloomington instead; the customer service is outstanding, the service is quick, and the food is much better.

I ordered a value meal and was shocked when I saw the total—it came to nearly $15 for a burger, fries, and a Coke! I think this might be my last visit to Wendy's. It’s quite disappointing.
