Last 2 times I ordered steak or chicken in my meal instead of ground beef. I paid the extra upcharge and didn't get what I paid for. This is theft, plain and simple. Most times going through I don't get a fork for the potatoes even though I ask for it and they tell me it's in there. How do they expect me to eat cheesey potatoes without a fork?
