We wanted a protein bowl and from the moment my husband ordered that, the employee had a horrible attitude. He barely looked and said they were all out. Didn?t offer to look in back. We always try to give this one another chance but nomatter the employee, they always have an attitude. Will not be going back.

For a restaurant whose ordering format is literally employees walking back and forth above a full counter of open food containers, talking and conversing with customers, strafing the food with spittle asthey do, over and over again all day long? masking would SEEM to be a pretty good protocol. Well, Subway doesn 't agree. Hi,i 'll have a foot-long on wheat? with pepper jack, spinach, extra olives, and a generous slathering of covid germ dressing,please. And a bag of chips.

I work nearby and when guest ask for somewhere to eat I will no longer recommend this place. I will never eat here via ordering online and I will never tip here regardless now that this has happened. I'm so disappointed I've never had a subway do this to me. Staff was nice when I picked it up even tho that will never make up for this.

What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait 30 min at a subway. At 9:00pm. Door dashers were prioritized over people waiting in line to add to the problem.
