My takeout order was over 20 minutes late, and a car at the drive-thru window had to repeatedly honk their horn because they were being ignored. To make matters worse, my takeout order had avocado smeared on the outside of the wrapper, even though there was no avocado included in my order.

The Napa Almond sandwiches were supposed to include chicken, but there was none on either sandwich. I attempted to call the restaurant several times over the course of two days but couldn't get through. I've always enjoyed Panera, but I won't be coming back to this location.
