Classic Saigon - Eagan
Classic Saigon
Description
A neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant with a comfortable, casual atmosphere and occasionally praised items like egg rolls, but experiences vary widely. Many diners report bland, watered-down pho, inconsistent or dry entrees, small portions and high prices. Complaints include slow service and hygiene issues (sticky utensils, insects), though some patrons note attentive staff and authentic dishes at times. Overall: pleasant setting and sporadic hits, but unpredictable food quality means temper expectations.

The chicken pho was very good and the service was great too. Flavorful broth is what makes pho good, and this broth was delicious.
Preston was our server. He was working all alone, and rocked it!! What great service! The food was good. Some typical items, as well as some yummy house specialties. Just go!
Vibes were great, food was like a warm hug, service was kind. Got the tofu spring rolls (best I’ve had in the Twin Cities so far), beef brisket pho, and mock duck pho. Super good and flavorful. Highly recommend eating in and enjoying the nice music!
Owner is super sweet he knows me and my friends orders by heart at this point. Food is amazing as well, fried rice and egg rolls are absolutely divine
