Despite having eight employees on duty when I arrived, only one person was being helped while the line continued to grow behind me. I waited several minutes without any acknowledgment or reassurance from the staff. Eventually, a reluctant young employee slowly came to take an order, but when it was my turn, I requested chicken and was given steak instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff suggested adding chicken to the bowl instead of correcting the order, which didn’t make sense to me. I was pressed for time and didn’t want to hold up the long line, yet no alternative solution or compensation was offered. This wasn’t my first unpleasant visit to this location. Although it’s close to my home, so is Qdoba, and I plan to try that next time.

Since the other Chipotle in Eagan had closed early at 3 PM, this location experienced a rush of customers, leading to a long line and numerous online orders. Despite the busy environment, the staff remained hardworking and professional. Only one employee was managing walk-in orders, yet they stayed efficient and courteous, thanking customers for their patience. Overall, we were very impressed with the excellent service during such a hectic and challenging time.

I placed a pick-up order for 3:10 but didn’t get my food until 3:40. To make matters worse, there were only six customers in the restaurant at the time, so there’s no excuse for such a delay. When I finally opened my burrito, it contained barely any meat—just a tiny piece in one corner—and nothing else.

They only... read more The food is consistently late, and I've noticed they sometimes put a sign on the door stating "online orders only" even when the restaurant is empty. They only begin preparing your online order after you've arrived. Additionally, the Pop Ice machine has been out of order for six months. During dinner hours, they frequently run out of ingredients but don't bother restocking, even with plenty of time left before closing. I’m honestly baffled that the staff hasn’t changed; we’ve had over ten disappointing experiences here before finally deciding to write this review.

By the time my order was ready, my meal was cold. I thought I’d give this location another shot and ordered online for pickup. I arrived just five minutes after the expected pickup time, but my food hadn’t even been started. There were three employees at the counter, yet none of them began making my bowl, which was puzzling since the restaurant was empty. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
