I recently had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. It seems they are always unprepared; there was no sign indicating that they were only accepting online orders, which left us waiting at the door. We had hoped to place our order in person but ended up just waiting around. To make matters worse, the ice machine has been out of order for six months! They also ran out of ingredients during dinner service and didn’t bother to restock, even though they were open for several more hours. I honestly don't understand how the staff has remained the same given all the negative experiences we've had here—this was the last straw for us, and it finally prompted me to write this review.

Here's what a $12 salad bowl looks like (ordered online for pickup). It had hardly any guacamole, just some ordinary salad, and cold meat. I'm really disappointed.

The food is consistently late, and I've noticed they sometimes put a sign on the door stating "online orders only" even when the restaurant is empty. They only begin preparing your online order after you've arrived. Additionally, the Pop Ice machine has been out of order for six months. During dinner hours, they frequently run out of ingredients but don't bother restocking, even with plenty of time left before closing. I’m honestly baffled that the staff hasn’t changed; we’ve had over ten disappointing experiences here before finally deciding to write this review.

I had the worst experience at this Chipotle. The first time I visited, I waited 45 minutes for my food, even though there were only two people ahead of me. By the time my order was ready, my meal was cold. I thought I’d give this location another shot and ordered online for pickup. I arrived just five minutes after the expected pickup time, but my food hadn’t even been started. There were three employees at the counter, yet none of them began making my bowl, which was puzzling since the restaurant was empty. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
