The bagel burger is delightful, and the freshly made vegan sausage rolls are equally delicious. I appreciate that they come with a beautiful salad, making the £6 price feel reasonable. I also tried the chocolate cake, which was a bit dry, and the only other vegan cake option was lemon drizzle. I'm not sure why they've added meat to the menu since this was one of the few vegetarian cafés in Durham, which doesn’t quite make sense to me, but it's fair to offer human options. The place could really benefit from some interior updates and a few more vegan cake or baked options.
