Taco Bell - Durham

I forgot to get my sauce, but I received all my food and drinks otherwise! Everything was still warm and delicious!

Everything was cold—really cold. The tacos were so soft it seemed like they had been soaking in meat juice for too long, and they were as flat as a quesadilla with hardly any filling! The quesadilla itself was tiny, as if they had used a last-minute substitute for a tortilla half the size of a regular one. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you decide to go, I suggest ordering inside yourself and making sure to check your food.

If you prefer eating your Taco Bell with the sauce packets dont order from this restaurant on door dash . You can add 1,000 sauce packets to your order and they wont put them in the bag

The driver arrived at Taco Bell and had to wait around 15 minutes for the order (Deluxe Cravings Box), which still wasn't ready. I know this because I was tracking it. I thought, well, at least it will be fresh and hot when it arrives, but that was not the case! Given that I live just five minutes away from the store, the food should not have been cold upon arrival, but it was actually inedibly cold. The crunchy taco was soft and falling apart, the nacho fries were hard, and the chalupa was soggy. Clearly, the food was only lukewarm at best when the driver left with it. And don’t even get me started on the nacho cheese cup for the fries; the small amount of cheese was laughable, but I was too disappointed and disgusted to find it funny. The driver apologized repeatedly for the wait, but I don't blame her. This issue falls squarely on the staff who handed her subpar food after such a lengthy delay. It makes me wonder if they understand safe food handling and proper temperature control. What a waste of time and money.
