However, the practice of automatically charging an 18% tip for pouring beer and setting it on the counter, similar to food service, is not justified. It would be better to pay the staff a fair wage and adjust pricing accordingly, as it already seems to be reflective of this.

Disgusted t... read more Just got kicked out of Fullsteam for sitting down and looking at their menu to order a beer. The manager walked over with an angry look on his face. Disgusted that we brought in Lawrence BBQ to eat. He walked up. Stated: “the dining room is for customers only” in which we replied we are about to order beers. He then said: “ok we are going to do that right now then” as if he was ordering us to order beers right now. I am disgusted at the attitude he had towards us and will never give these guys my money again. Your food and beer is subpar and the only reason you have business is because you take the run off of Lawrence’s customers.
