The bread was fresh and tasty and toasted to golden perfection. The beef was smelled great and was cooked just right. I ate a piece all by its self and savory flavor was my reward. The sauerkraut and best part of the favor medley, was delicate slices of cabbage, fermented and aged with a perfect texture and slightly tart flavor.
