Nice atmosphere but the food was not very good. I grew up eating fried catfish and okra, ordered both and they were very under seasoned. They both tasted like fried cornmeal. For the price the catfish platter should come with hush puppies maybe instead of the soggy fries. All in all I was very disappointed. View all feedback.

This was the first place I thought of when I wanted to eat in Durango. The restaurant is infused with Cajun charm and Southern hospitality. It's the perfect spot if you're missing the home-cooked flavors of the Gulf Coast.
Everything we ordered was amazing. drinks were also very good and cheap. service was excellent. that's a diamond in rough!
What a fantastic find! We live in the area and could never get to the Road House on Highway 3. The service and food transported me straight to New Orleans. Chuck truly captures the essence of New Orleans cuisine. I recommend letting them take you on a culinary journey for dinner; you’ll feel like you’re there without having to drive. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
As a native of Louisiana, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The coconut shrimp was quick to arrive and delightful. My husband especially loved the fried alligator po'boy. I tried the chicken fried chicken and absolutely adored the greens! The server even let me sample the étouffée, which I definitely plan to order next time. My favorite dish, however, was the chocolate pecan pie—sinfully delicious! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
