I spent hours havin... read more Thank you to Robin and her husband for making our event a big success! This team at Hot Tomatoes, is the ONLY caterer in town I’d recommend. I spent hours having to menu compare, and price check the various Caterer’s in town. This was and IS the best. The menu options you have to choose from are Exquisite , yet you have a plethora of flavors, and options for your event. I noticed from other companies that their food was food that only certain pallets would like, with odd quantities associated. At Hot Tomatoes, I was able to tell Robin how many people we had, and she worked out the numbers with me instead of “you can only do 12 per order...etc. etc.” Not only does their menu fully compliment each other, but I called 2 days before the event asking if they could add 50 more of a couple items we picked...What did she say?! SHE WAS HAPPY TO DO IT! I would recommend specifying the temp on he lamb if you get it, just because I did not, and got more medium-medium well temp. Everyone LOVED their food, and we had a great event because of Hot Tomatoes. (If you are an OCD bride, or just OCD, use these guys, because they know how to help! Thank you friends, we will be using you in the future!

It has everything: wonderful fresh greens, cucumber, grated carrots, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, blue cheese, bacon, chicken breast, avacado, and amazing home-made balsamic vinaigrette. Every bite is AMAZING! I am addicted.
