T... read more This is the best place for family dining! The service is excellent, and we had dinner here. The price per person is quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food is outstanding, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service also deserves a 5, and the atmosphere is fantastic, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings, Caesar Salad, Ledo Pizza Deluxe, and the 8 Ledo Pizza!

The pizza is o... read more I’ve had numerous disappointing experiences at this place, and the management doesn’t seem to prioritize addressing the persistent problems here. The pizza is often undercooked, service is very slow, and even simple orders take longer than at any other local restaurant. Additionally, the staff at the counter are often inattentive and unhelpful. Overall, my takeout dinner experience has been quite frustrating.

I called yesterday to order a twice-baked crust for my pizza, which means running the crust through the oven once without toppings and then again with the toppings. The owner had actually suggested this method to me before. However, when I spoke to the girl who answered the phone, she told me they were too busy to accommodate my request. I decided to forget it and ended up ordering from Mod's instead. The one in Prince Frederick is much better.

I picked up and it wasn't until I got home which is 25 minutes away that I saw it was pepperoni and not a well done pizza (soggy). I called to let them know it was the wrong pizza. They admitted it was their fault and offered two free toppings when I go there again. It should be the replacement pizza. Super disappointing since I won't eat this pizza and was really looking forward to it. I recommend you show the customers the pizza like the other Ledo's restaurants do so this doesn't happen again. I have never been treated so poorly than... read more We gave this place another try after about 1 year- all new wait staff- same horrible service and disgusting cold food.. I have never been treated so poorly than the wait staff at this establishment.. Food is absolutely horrible.. The only saving grace was I believe a relative was a bus girl helping out and checked on us replaced my cold Mozzarella sticks cleared tables and took a real interest in the customer..
