Ledo Pizza - Dunkirk

The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and we had a fantastic server. The only downside was that not all of our food arrived at the same time. Overall, I'd rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

This restaurant clearly does not know how to cook pizza properly. Just take a look at the comments about raw or undercooked crusts. When I raised my concerns, I was told it was because I ordered sausage, which is completely absurd. If you want to speak to the owner, you need to contact Ledo's corporate office, and he will lecture you in an arrogant manner instead of acknowledging or addressing the ongoing quality issues. I've never experienced any problems at the Deale, Prince Frederick, or Upper Marlboro locations. If you're craving Ledo's pizza, I recommend avoiding this one.

This is the best place for family dining! The service is excellent, and we had dinner here. The price per person is quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food is outstanding, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service also deserves a 5, and the atmosphere is fantastic, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings, Caesar Salad, Ledo Pizza Deluxe, and the 8 Ledo Pizza!

I’ve had numerous disappointing experiences at this place, and the management doesn’t seem to prioritize addressing the persistent problems here. The pizza is often undercooked, service is very slow, and even simple orders take longer than at any other local restaurant. Additionally, the staff at the counter are often inattentive and unhelpful. Overall, my takeout dinner experience has been quite frustrating.

The pizza used to be fantastic, but now it's turned into a doughy, mushy mess for some reason. I called yesterday to order a twice-baked crust for my pizza, which means running the crust through the oven once without toppings and then again with the toppings. The owner had actually suggested this method to me before. However, when I spoke to the girl who answered the phone, she told me they were too busy to accommodate my request. I decided to forget it and ended up ordering from Mod's instead. The one in Prince Frederick is much better.
