Love MOD Pizza made your way Endless possibilities Love the balsamic fig drizzle finishing touch
What a great pizza. Love that you can pick ingredients and as much as you want. Fresh food, excellent service and very clean.
I made the mistake of letting my 4 year old daughter carry the pizza to our table. She dropped half of it. ???? The staff offered to replace it, made another and deliver it to the table. Excellent customer service!! Plus, everything tastes great! Thank you guys!!
This review is not about the food or personnel at the store. it is more about not being able to speak with a person to place an order. After pushing numbers over and over again, i finally had someone pick up the phone. I asked to place an order to go. Was told they only accepted on-line orders or orders placed through the call center or mobile app. Call center is a computer. I then asked to speak with manager. Manager stated the same information with exception of one statement. We are busy servingcustomers in the store . So basically a person on the phone is not considered a customer, just someone to spend money. I wasdriving at the time and asked if someone wanted to order and was driving, how were they supposed to place an order. Was told touse the app or on-line. So this would be in violation of state law to use a phone while driving. Just a side note, the workerand manager was on the phone over five minutes. They could have taken a dozen orders during this time. By the way I did go intothe store to place a take out order. No one was in line. So the managers statement they were serving customers in the storewas a little misleading. However, they did have seven or eight on-line orders they were trying to fill. In addition not allsenior citizens use the internet or mobile apps to place and order. Whatever happened to just someone answering the phone andtaking an order?
