It seems like they may be coloring the rice orange and topping it with tiny, flavorless pieces of chicken that could be leftovers from other dishes or even from uneaten food left by customers. They try to disguise it with white sauce and lettuce, but it’s just not good. I was extremely disappointed to find almost no chicken at all! However, I have heard good things about their sandwiches. So, if I decide to order from them again, I’ll definitely steer clear of the chicken over rice.

What a great place to get fried chicken. I just ate 4 legs and 4 breast’s and I want more. It’s been over 8 years since I have eaten here. This place has gotten way better. It was not bad 7 years ago but it’s by far the best family owned fried chicken restaurant around this area. Don’t forget to try the chicken and rice dish also. That was my favorite back in the day and I am sure it’s still amazing

As we were en route to North Carolina, we wanted to try something different, and we were very pleased with our choice.
