I hate leaving negative reviews but this is my local Panera and there?s not a convenient way to give written feedback on the app. I don?t want the food credit the app gives, I just want accurate orders. ???? After the last 4 orders not being incorrect(literally writing this at the store after I had to drive back because I got a sandwich with some type of ?beef? instead ofchicken)? I?m disappointed. This location used to be great and the team members are always friendly. This leaves me to wonder ifthe leadership is properly training or supporting the team that actually makes the food. For a reference, I typically orderPanera at this location about once a week. Sometimes it?s small errors (like type of chicken, or missing tomato?s, etc), butthis is the second time I have had to drive back this month because of an inaccurate order. It?s gotten to the point that if Ipick up the food in the cafe myself I open all containers and sandwiches before I leave.
I love panera... it's a favorite of mine. I've been to many of them all over the country. This one is nice and had good service. The food was delicious. I'll be back
I?m really not the biggest fan of Panera but this store gets five stars because of a young lady named Kate. She was very attentive to the folks waiting for their orders. She did an excellent job. She deserves a raise.
High prices for mediocre quality food. I come in to order, I do the paying, waiting, standing around, have to get my own drink and I often receive the wrong order. Why are you asking for TIPS? How about pay your employees better instead of making thepublic think they have to compensate for your cruelty? Pfffft!
