However, I wanted to share my experience with this particular KFC. Each time I visit, the staff is consistently courteous and friendly, and my order is always accurate. It’s clear that this location is well-run.

Before the official closing time, I saw them mopping the floors and packing food for employees, which felt very unusual. The place seemed quite disorganized and the atmosphere was off. You can’t even place an order inside, and they don’t have change for cash payments. The manager, Fatima, was extremely rude and acted as if she didn’t understand English. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, they closed 20 minutes early tonight! I definitely do not recommend this place.

I won’t share her name to avoid any issues, but I’ve decided not to come back to this KFC. For me, good customer service is essential; without it, even the food doesn’t satisfy.

My total was $47.39, and I paid with a $100 bill. Initially, the cashier gave me $40 in change, but then incorrectly charged me $60 and added an extra $2.61. When I asked for a receipt, I was handed a duplicate. After noticing the change mistake, the cashier’s attitude shifted and he appeared nervous. He had to ask a female coworker for the correct change from her pocket. I tried to speak with the store manager, Yam, but found him unprofessional and confrontational. He was unable to provide the district manager’s contact and dismissed my intention to reach out to corporate. I am reaching out to ask if this is representative of KFC’s usual service.
