What Tim Douglas doesn't like about Hurlstone Park:
The Pasta Carbonara was and usually is, of a more than competent standard. They seem to have changed their suppliers as the pancetta seemed more like bacon. Most disappointing was the laziness and lack of compromise of the chef, who refused to make a simple rocket and parmesan . Regardless of having the 4 ingredients available. The staff at this Italian restaurant are great and the food is excellent. There is plenty of space to move around and socialize. The price per person is around $80-$100. We recommend trying the Pork Belly Burger, Parmi, and Americano Schnitzel. View all feedback.
