However, if they can’t prepare the meal correctly, they should inform the customer upfront. The noodles were tough, with no broccoli, and only a small amount of chicken at the bottom. I could have easily made a better meal at home in less time. I’m disappointed this time. The dish was supposed to be Chicken Alfredo but ended up being overpriced noodles with sauce. Plus, the garlic bread we ordered didn’t come with the marinara sauce as advertised.

I requested extra cheese on my cheese sticks, was charged extra, but barely got any, and they were almost burnt—I could only eat small pieces. Additionally, my husband, who is lactose intolerant, asked for no cheese on his garlic bread with spaghetti, but it was covered in cheese anyway. We will never order from this menu or eat here again!

I simply don't have the time... read more I really dislike having to complain about a business, but unfortunately, my last two orders from this location have been incorrect. I simply don't have the time to keep going back to rectify the mistakes. It seems like this place needs better training and management. For instance, my sandwiches have had ingredients added that I specifically requested to be left off, and when I ordered fries on their own, I received bacon cheese fries instead.
