(Which is a little... read more Never thought I would see a Manager defend undercooked pork. At first she wasn 't sure if it was undercooked and had to take it back to ask. (Which is a little concerning since its obviously pink in the center) then she said, That 's how we give it to allour customers. I enjoyed the parts that were cooked and the asparagus was pretty good. At least the mistake was corrected bycharging half for it. I wasn 't even asked how I wanted it cooked (assuming it is appropriate to cook pork at medium) Thewaitress and front desk were nice.

I think I ate the chop steak everyday here for 2 weeks straight. I love the food so much. Excellent place. There is a huge variety of food without having too big of a menu. They are willing to make accommodations for you nomatter what they are. The bartenders will take the time to come talk to you if you have any questions. Definitely worth tryingif you haven't yet.

Thank you for making strangers to your town, feel so at home! Every bite of everything we tried was perfect! Plate presentationbeautiful. Bourbon sauce on the Grilled Salmon, The Fried Green Tomatoes Amazing!! We were rained out of seeing the outdoordrama we came to see. But the Resturant GM and Owner came made our grab done dinner before the show worth the visit to BigStone Gap! If your close, it?s worth the trip to stop and check it out! Owne... read more The vibe is friendly and laid back. The decor, unmatched by any local business. Doesn't look like anything else in the area and that's always a good thing. Owner is super nice and attentive, making sure everyone is happy, even the employees. The food issooooo good, there is a definite care about the finest and freshest ingredients. If you've not eaten here, make this your nextstop. Reservations can be made and are recommended but there is extra seating outside(preferred) so chances of getting a tableare good. But still make a reservation as the wait could run into an hour or more. Special thanks to the owner for the greatconversation.
