But waiting 40 minutes for dri... read more Went there yesterday for Valentine's Day. Store full, staff overwhelmed! Guys, you charge hefty prices and the food is delicious! But waiting 40 minutes for drinks and two hours for food is not possible. So get greedy again, only fill the store as much as the staff can handle it and pay attention to service! Otherwise it will backfire, no matter how tasty (and expensive) your steaks are!

The food was some of the best we have ever eaten. Unfortunately, the service was a disaster. We were there at 8:30pm and waited 30 minutes before we could order. We then had to wait a full 1 hour and 15 minutes for our starters even though we only ordered oysters, carpaccio and crab cake, which shouldn't have taken that long. Additionally, all three starters came at the same time, even though we specifically asked for them to be served separately as our table was very small. We then waited another 45 minutes to 1 hour for our main course. As I said, the food was incredibly delicious and we will definitely be back. Since today was Valentine's Day, there were significantly more guests than expected, which may have led to the service problems.

The steak is always cooke... read more A great steakhouse with a dark, yet sophisticated ambiance. The service is good, the drinks arrive quickly, and the staff is friendly. The steak is always cooked exactly as ordered and is consistently excellent. Recommended: the porterhouse steak for two with three or four sides. The dessert selection is generally a bit limited, but the apple strudel and espresso are exceptionally good. The main room on the right feels a bit cramped when it's busy, and the seats in the middle aren't very comfortable. Therefore, we recommend the seats in the corners or in the back, where there are fewer seats.
