Absolutely unacceptable these days, and highly questionable, why only cash is accepted (the only card accepted is no longer even issued by most German banks).

Both the rice and the fish taste anything but fresh. They don't even accept credit cards and don't have a restroom where you can wash your hands. Better to go to the ramen shop across the street.
