However recently I went back to get something fixed for the same frame and I was met with zero flexibility. The lady who assisted me had a very bizarre passive aggressive behaviour; clearly only out to sell rather than thinking of building long term relationship. I will happily take my money elsewhere going forward. Glasses are too expensive to be treated this way. And luckily there are enough providers so we aren’t obliged to tolerate this.
